The Natural Horse, LLC Equestrian Facility

The Natural Horse, LLC equestrian facility is located between Lolo and Florence off Highway 93 on East Carlton Creek Road.  We have been open to the public since November 2003.

Our focus at the facility is on communication and partnership with the horses we come in contact with each day.  Be it during feeding, cleaning stalls, turn out or bring back in from pasture, or in exercising the horses, we use the method of communication with horses developed by Pat Parelli in his Natural HorseManShip Savvy System.

 

Owners Teri and Errol Rupp are so impressed with the Parelli method and the results they have seen with their own and friends’ horses, they want to introduce other horsepeople to the techniques. What most impressed them is that they could follow Parelli’s step-by-step instructions and have a horse working exactly the way Pat promises. They also embrace the philosophy of developing a relationship with the animal.

The year-round Natural Horse facility features an indoor, 80’ X 160’, FabriSteel, fabric-domed arena which is heated in winter.  We also have a 60’ X 120’ outdoor arena and a 60’ diameter round pen.  Our boarding facility has 16 stalls, 12 of which have attached paddocks, a wash rack, tack room, and feed room. Stalls designed for post-injury or post-surgical care of the horse are available. We have a full-time trainer on hand offering riding lessons and training for both you and your horse.

We frequently host Parelli Natural HorseManShip Clinics with Parelli Certified Instructors.  Our indoor arena is a favorite place to hold schooling shows and clinics, ranging from the local winter months favorite Hairy Horse Shows to Reining Clinics and Dressage Clinics with internationally-known trainers.
